Shipping Questions

Want to know how you'll get your order? Here's a quick breakdown...

We currently ship within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland).

However, we will be opening international shipping soon! Sign up for our newsletter to get notified about this.

Prcocessing and creating your order usually takes 1-2 business days. Then the delivery of the order usually takes 2-4 business days (unless you upgrade).

All in all it can take about 4-6 business days. If you upgrade your delivery, it can take 1-3 business days.

We use Royal Mail as our delivery service.

Most orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class but you can upgrade your delivery to Royal Mail 1st Class or Royal Mail Special Delivery during the checkout process.

Sometimes your order can get delayed. If there are any delays on our side, we will be sure to communicate that with you via email.

If you order has not arrived after 30 days and the delivery service cannot find your order, we will give you a refund. If your tracking says the order was delivered we are unable to give a refund.
